How to check-in and pay for excess baggage

To check-in and pay for excess baggage, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact the check-in desk at the airport terminal from which you are departing.
  • The staff will help you to fill in the excess baggage form, indicating the number of kilograms and the cost of carriage.
  • Pay the amount at the airport ticket office and present the receipt at the check-in desk.

Please take care of checking in and paying for your excess baggage in advance to avoid delays and late boarding.

Maximum weight and volume of excess baggage:

  • The weight of one piece of excess baggage may not exceed 32 kg.
  • You may check in more than one piece of baggage as long as the weight of each piece does not exceed 32 kg and the specified dimensions are met.
  • Baggage exceeding these weight and volume limits must be checked in as cargo and transported according to the rules of cargo transport.
  • If the size of the baggage exceeds 203 cm in three dimensions, it is registered as oversized and is subject to a separate fee.
  • Transportation of excess baggage requires prior approval from the airline and payment of the applicable fee, which is determined based on the weight and volume of the baggage.

We recommend contacting us in advance to get exact information and arrange carriage of excess baggage.
