Our airline is actively developing and striving to meet all passenger needs. Today we offer a wide range of in-flight services, including hot meals or snacks and beverages. The menu varies depending on the flight duration, destination and season.

Depending on the type of aircraft, you can use a personal entertainment center with a selection of latest and classic movies, TV series, music and video games in different languages, as well as a 220V or USB charger. On a number of destinations, you can also get a plaid and pillow.

Our flight attendants will be glad to answer your in-flight questions! To call a flight attendant, you can press the call button located on the panel above your seat.

Our crew will be glad to congratulate your child on his/her birthday or other memorable event.

Parents can also order a children's menu and additional services for the comfort of their children during the flight. However, it is important to remind that these services must be ordered in advance and in some cases are paid additionally.

Yes, cats, dogs, birds and other small animals are allowed on our airline flights, only if they are domesticated and tame and have a veterinary passport. This service is ordered when purchasing a ticket and is paid additionally, regardless of the passenger's baggage. The service is provided only if available and is not guaranteed.

However, according to the “Airline Baggage Rules”, you should note that the weight of your pet should not exceed 10 kg with the container.

Pets may only be transported in a container or padded carrier bag. The pet must have enough space inside to move around. The dimensions of the container must not exceed 44×30×26 cm and the dimensions of the padded carrier bag must not exceed 126 cm in the sum of all three dimensions. The container must be equipped with reliable locks to prevent spontaneous opening.

Heavier and larger animals can be transported in the baggage compartment, provided that the total weight with the container does not exceed 45 kg. The temperature in the baggage compartment on some aircraft may drop to 0 degrees Celsius, but the air content and pressure are within normal values.

In any case, we do not transport: reptiles, arthropods, fish and river animals requiring transportation in water, sick and experimental animals whose air transportation as baggage is prohibited by law. Animals and birds taken from the wild, large predators, which in a state of natural freedom in the habitat are representatives of wild fauna, such as bears, large primates, wild cats, cannot be transported in an airplane.

But your favorite cat or dog is always a welcome guest on Air Samarkand flight. Just don't forget to inform in advance that he or she needs to fly and make the necessary paperwork.

Yes, you can order special meals when you book your ticket online or by contacting our operator at +998 55-706-20-32 at least three days before your flight. Our airline offers various special meal options that take into account dietary restrictions, your religion and other needs.

We adhere to strict safety rules on board, including mandatory use of seat belts, prohibition of electronic devices during takeoff and landing, prohibition of smoking, including vape and e-cigarettes, and compliance with crew instructions in case of emergency.

Passengers are obliged to comply with all instructions of crew members. Violation of the rules of conduct as well as applicable laws will result in inevitable punishment and transfer of the passenger to law enforcement authorities upon arrival at the destination or landing.

Safety in flight is of utmost importance. That is why on board it is prohibited to:

• use illegal substances, nasvay, smoking (including icos and vapes)
• consume any alcohol other than that offered as part of the onboard menu
• interfere with the crew and disrupt their work
• use electronic devices during steering, takeoff and landing
• take away or damage property from the aircraft (plaids, cushions, dishes, cutlery, electronic devices, life jackets, etc.)
• disrupt public order and disturb others
• use rescue equipment without authorization
• move to other seats without permission or instructions from crew members
• unbuckle seat belts and get up from the seat when steering, taking off, gaining altitude, descending or landing with the “Fasten your seat belts” sign on.
• commit hooliganism and actions that violate honor and dignity
• provoke aggressive actions on the part of others
• behave in a disrespectful or aggressive manner
• leave the aircraft without the permission of the flight crew
• endanger the health and life of passengers or flight safety

After the aircraft has landed, you must remain seated with your seat belts fastened until the crew turns off the appropriate display and invites passengers to leave. It is dangerous to get up from your seat and take out your hand luggage while the airplane is moving through the airport, as the airplane may brake suddenly. There may be sharp and sudden jolts when being towed. All of these can lead to injuries.

Children under 2 years old who fly without a separate seat are allowed to carry 1 piece of baggage weighing no more than 10 kg and measuring no more than 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions.

In addition to the limit set for infants, it is allowed to carry as hand baggage a folding baby stroller, or a baby travel cradle, or a baby car seat, which must not weigh more than 8 kg and must not exceed the dimensions set for hand baggage (115 cm in the sum of three dimensions). If they are larger or heavier, they will have to be checked in baggage, taking them into account in the total baggage allowance.

The airline reserves the right to change the standard free baggage allowance depending on the route, aircraft type and special tariffs.
