GENERAL PROVISIONS

Passengers of certain categories and their baggage are subject to general carriage conditions, with additional conveniences and a proper level of safety provided, as well as the application of special fares and compliance with the requirements of government authorities.

  • Business class passengers are provided with additional services by the Carrier to enhance the comfort of air travel.
  • Business class passengers are generally checked in at a separate registration counter in the terminal.
  • At the airport, business class passengers may be offered access to a business lounge. The Carrier informs the Passenger of this option during check-in.
  • Business class passengers are provided with special service onboard the aircraft.
  • Upon arrival at the destination airport, business class passengers disembark first and are the first to be transported to the terminal.
  • Children may travel either accompanied or unaccompanied by adult passengers, subject to the airline's agreement and the availability of such an option for the specific flight.

Unaccompanied children are accepted for carriage by the Carrier only after the parents or guardians complete a "Carriage Agreement" specifying all necessary details of the travel.

Unaccompanied children aged 6 to 16 on international flights and aged 6 to 14 on domestic flights may be transported without parents or other entrusted passengers.

Upon the request of parents or guardians, this provision may extend to children up to 16 years old.

Children under the age of 6 may only travel when accompanied by an adult.

If an underage citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan is leaving the country unaccompanied, they must carry, in addition to their passport, notarized consent from their parents, legal guardians, or custodians, specifying the travel duration and the destination country (or countries).

  • Carriage of one child under 2 years old, who does not occupy a separate seat and is accompanied by an adult passenger, is free of charge.
    • If a child under 2 years occupies a separate seat on an international flight, 50% of the corresponding fare of the accompanying adult passenger is charged.
    • For the second and subsequent children under 2 years of age accompanying one adult passenger on an international flight, 50% of the applicable standard or special fare of the accompanying adult passenger is charged unless special conditions apply to the fare.
    • For each child aged 2 to 12 years accompanied by one adult passenger on an international flight, 50% of the applicable standard or special fare of the accompanying adult passenger is charged unless special conditions apply to the fare.
    • For unaccompanied children on an international flight, the fare is charged in accordance with the Carrier's regulations.
    • Children traveling free of charge are not entitled to a baggage allowance or a separate seat in the cabin.
  • For domestic flights, passengers are entitled to carry one child under 2 years old without a separate seat free of charge. Additional children under 2 years old or children aged 2 to 15 years traveling with the passenger are transported at 50% of the full fare with a separate seat provided. Children aged 2 to 15 years on domestic flights are transported at 50% of the full fare, whether accompanied or unaccompanied by adults.
  • The child’s year of birth must be indicated on the ticket. The accompanying Passenger is required to present proof of the child’s age (e.g., birth certificate) at the time of ticket purchase and check-in. The child's age is determined as of the start date of the travel indicated on the ticket. The Carrier reserves the right to verify the child’s age.
  • Unaccompanied children are only accepted for transportation if confirmed reservations are available for all segments of the travel route.
  • A ticket for an unaccompanied child on domestic flights may only be booked or purchased if the child arrives at the destination no later than 23:00 hours.
  • Reservations for unaccompanied children must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight.
  • Boarding of an unaccompanied child onto the aircraft is carried out by a representative of the Carrier before or after the general boarding process; the child is then placed under the direct supervision of a flight attendant.
  • Upon arrival at the destination, an unaccompanied child must remain under the constant supervision of the Carrier’s representative until handed over to the person designated to meet them.
  • The category of sick or disabled passengers includes passengers:
    • Considered sick by medical standards, unable to move independently, and requiring assistance to board the aircraft, or capable of walking but requiring medical clearance before each flight due to an unstable condition.
    • With a stable physical or mental condition who may have either permanent or temporary authorization for air travel from a medical institution or who do not have such authorization but require special care.
  • If the passenger’s age, physical, or mental condition may deteriorate during the flight or pose a danger to their life, the Passenger must provide a signed medical certificate authorizing air travel before the start of transportation. This certificate must also indicate any special conditions required for their transportation. Additionally, the passenger’s reservation must be made at least 72 hours before the flight.
  • To ensure compliance with technical and operational safety requirements, the Carrier may limit the number of sick or disabled passengers on any flight, even if their accommodation meets special requirements, including professional assistance.
  • The Carrier or any authorized individual performing the check-in of a sick or disabled passenger is responsible for informing the ground personnel at transit, transfer, and destination points about the presence of the sick or disabled passenger onboard.
  • The Carrier reserves the right to refuse transportation or its continuation if the passenger’s health condition (based on medical examination and other established facts) poses a threat to other passengers, their property, the aircraft, or the crew.
  • The Carrier reserves the right to refuse transportation (initial or subsequent), cancel a booking, or disembark a passenger due to their health condition if:
    • The passenger is incapable of self-care without assistance unless accompanied by a companion.
    • The passenger may be a source of infection to other passengers.
    • The transportation of the passenger, even with special precautions, may endanger themselves or others.
    • The passenger holds tickets without confirmed reservations.
    • It is impossible to arrange the special services required for the transportation of the sick passenger.
  • If transportation is refused for a sick or disabled passenger at the initial or transfer point, the Carrier must immediately inform the initial and other Carriers along the route, specifying the reasons for refusal and the actions taken.
  • The aircraft commander and the chief flight attendant must be informed of the presence of sick passengers and the need for special assistance before the flight commences.
  • Boarding of sick passengers and their companions must take place before the boarding of other passengers. In transit points, sick passengers and their companions remain onboard, provided all safety regulations are observed. Sick passengers and their companions disembark last.
  • When seating sick passengers in the cabin, the following must be taken into account:
    • Seats must not obstruct emergency evacuation routes.
    • Seats must not block access to emergency exits.
  • Seats for accompanying persons are provided next to the sick passengers. Passengers with mobility issues are seated to ensure quick evacuation in an emergency.
  • The transportation of personal wheelchairs for sick or disabled passengers is governed by the Carrier’s baggage policies.
  • Transportation of an adult passenger requiring a stretcher is charged at the rate of six seats for a round trip under the WRT fare. For children under 12 years requiring a stretcher, 50% of the applicable adult fare is charged. The free baggage allowance for sick passengers is the same as for regular passengers.
  • Pregnant women are accepted for carriage upon providing the following documents:
    • A medical certificate from a healthcare institution confirming the absence of contraindications for air travel on the date of the flight specified in the ticket;
    • A maternity card.
  • The carriage of a pregnant woman is carried out under the condition that the Carrier assumes no responsibility for any adverse consequences that may arise for the Passenger or the fetus during or as a result of the flight.
  • Pregnant women are accepted for carriage upon signing a liability waiver that releases the Carrier from responsibility for any health complications. The liability waiver form is provided to the passenger or their accompanying person by a representative of the Carrier or a check-in agent of the service company during registration.
  • When transporting a passenger with visual or hearing impairments, the Carrier must be presented with a relevant document confirming the condition.
  • A passenger with visual or hearing impairments may travel with an accompanying person, without an accompanying person, or with a guide dog.
  • The carriage of a visually or hearing-impaired passenger without an accompanying person is allowed only with prior agreement from the Carrier.
  • A guide dog must have a veterinary certificate and a certificate of special training.
  • When transporting a passenger with visual or hearing impairments accompanied by a guide dog, the Carrier's authorized agent must inform the Carrier of such transportation during the booking of the passenger's seat on the aircraft or the issuance of the ticket. This ensures assistance during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation at the departure and arrival airports.
  • When a passenger with visual impairments is accompanied by a guide dog, the dog is transported on the aircraft free of charge beyond the established free baggage allowance.
  • During check-in, passengers with visual or hearing impairments accompanied by a guide dog are assigned a seat with sufficient space for the dog and close to an emergency exit. The dog must wear a muzzle and a leash. In the aircraft cabin, the dog must be secured to the seat at the feet of the passenger it accompanies.

Passengers requiring additional comfort may book the necessary number of seats. Payment for extra seats is made at the fare applicable to the passenger’s ticket.

  • Diplomatic couriers transport diplomatic mail in the aircraft cabin and must:
    • Have and present, upon the Carrier's request, a document confirming their special authority as a diplomatic courier;
    • Ensure the diplomatic mail is packaged and documented in accordance with the requirements of relevant international conventions and government regulations at the points of departure, destination, and transfer;
    • Be responsible for the safety of the diplomatic mail during ground operations.
  • The transportation of diplomatic mail in the aircraft cabin, accompanied by a diplomatic courier, may be processed with a separate ticket or as paid baggage, and payment is made in accordance with the rules for paid baggage transportation.
  • When diplomatic mail is transported using a specially issued passenger ticket, the mail is placed in a passenger seat if its weight does not exceed 75 kilograms. If this weight limit is exceeded, additional tickets must be purchased, and additional seats occupied accordingly.
  • The decision to deport a passenger is made by the relevant government authorities. Carriers transporting such passengers are not responsible for ensuring the passenger reaches the destination specified by the deporting authorities.
  • When a deported passenger is sent, one copy of the "Deportation Act" must be included in an envelope with the flight coupons for billing purposes.
  • The placement of a deported passenger on the aircraft is coordinated with the aircraft commander and government authorities.
  • After the departure of a flight carrying a deported passenger, a telegram is sent to the destination with the passenger's name, the accompanying person's name, and the connecting flight number.
  • A passenger denied entry by competent authorities at the destination must be immediately returned to the original point of departure or another location authorized by government authorities.
  • The passenger is responsible for reimbursing all expenses incurred by the Carrier for their return transportation and accommodation.
