As per Air Samarkand's “Baggage Transportation Rules”, the following norms apply:

On select routes, we offer an increased baggage allowance: two pieces of luggage, each weighing up to 23 kg (a total of 46 kg, with no single piece exceeding 23 kg).

Baggage transportation for children under 2 years old
Children under 2 years old flying without a separate seat are allowed to carry 1 piece of baggage weighing no more than 10 kg and measuring no more than 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions.
As hand luggage, in addition to the established norm for infants, transportation is allowed for:
- Folding baby stroller
- Baby travel cradle
- Baby car seat
These items must not exceed 8 kg in weight and 115 cm in three dimensions. Otherwise, they must be checked in as baggage, counting towards your total baggage allowance.

If the quantity, weight, and/or dimensions of your baggage exceed the free baggage allowance, it must be booked and paid for separately:
- On the airline's website when purchasing a ticket
- At the check-in desk at the airport before departure
Lost or delayed baggage
If your baggage is lost or delayed, please contact the airline representatives or lost&found office at the airport immediately to fill in a missing baggage report. We will take all necessary steps to locate and return your baggage as soon as possible.
