If your flight is delayed, airport or airline staff will provide you with all the information you need. If your flight is canceled, we will provide you with alternative flight options or you will be refunded in accordance with the airline's policies.

According to the regulations, in case of flight delay, flight cancelation or route change due to the airline's fault, due to weather, technical and other reasons, you will be provided with services free of charge:

  • accommodation in the mother and child room for passengers with children under 7 years old;
  • more than 2 hours: two phone calls or two e-mails
  • more than 2 hours: provision of refreshments
  • more than 4 hours: provision of hot meals to passengers; and then every 6 hours during the day and 8 hours at night.
  • more than 10 hours during the day and more than 6 hours during the night: accommodation in a hotel
  • transfer to the hotel
  • luggage storage

The delay is counted from the time indicated on the ticket as the time of departure.

Boarding starts at the time indicated on your boarding pass under Boarding Time. Please arrive at the designated boarding gate by this time. Boarding ends 20 minutes before departure time. Late boarding passengers will not be allowed to board the flight.

Boarding is done starting with passengers with special needs. Then business class passengers, passengers with children and economy class passengers board. Please follow the instructions of the staff. Please show your boarding pass and identification document at boarding.

For information about the status of your flight, please use the “Online board” section of our website. In this section you will be able to see the current departure and arrival times, as well as information about possible delays or changes. Here you can also track other flights of our airline.

In some cases, it is possible to change the date or time of departure - it depends on terms of the tariff for which the ticket was purchased.  

According to the rules, changing the date and time of departure to a later or earlier date or time than specified in the ticket is considered as a voluntary withdrawal from the flight and may lead to a change in the cost of air transportation, as well as payment of the necessary fees.
